Contracts and Policies

We encourage our clients to regularly review their employment contracts, policies and Human Resources strategies so as to ensure that they are fully compliant with current practice and legislation. Employment law is constantly changing and there have been significant amendments to and extensions of the law over the last three years. We recommend that all contracts and policies be revisited as a result.

We can advise on the suitability of employers' current documentation including employment contracts and the suitability and extent of policies. We also advise on the implementation of the new contracts of employment and policies so to ensure that they will provide effective protection to our client’s business.
