Disputes involving contact arrangements are often stressful and emotional. We advise both married and unmarried couples on their legal rights and responsibilities concerning their children.

Where agreement between parents cannot be reached we can prepare an Application to the Court in order to try to obtain an Order. The Court has power to make a wide range of orders to include governing where and with whom a child should live, with whom he or she should have contact, and the financial arrangements for the child.

We are also experienced in dealing with contact disputes with an international element, advising on applications to remove children from the jurisdiction. Where necessary we work with practitioners in other jurisdictions.
