Family and Matrimonial

Family law is an ever-evolving, complex and challenging area of law. We have a highly experienced multi-disciplinary team who have the breadth of experience, skill and expertise to advise on all aspects of family law.

Within our specialist team we have members of the Law Society Family and Children Panels, members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association), including accredited specialist status, and members of the Association of Lawyers for Children.

Our department handles a wide variety of family law issues ranging from complex matrimonial financial disputes to contested contact applications, adoption and care proceedings. We subscribe to the Resolution Code of Conduct which has been incorporated into the Law Society’s Family Law protocol.
