Motor Liability

We act for insurers and self insured fleet operators in connection with bringing and defending motor claims.

We have experience of advising on motor claims ranging for material damage claims in the Small Claims Court to complex multi-track personal injury claims. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and offer a variety of funding options including fixed and caped fees for small claims where legal costs are not usually recoverable.

We have particular expertise in defending claims for credit hire and have dealt with credit hire claims exceeding £30,000.

We provide in-house training and support to our bulk clients and see ourselves as an extension of their claims management teams rather than an outsourced service provider.
